Kickoff — the road begins

This is the start of our build log for ICRA 2026. Over the coming months we’ll share progress on hardware, software, testing, and everything in between as we prepare for the F1Tenth autonomous racing competition in Philadelphia.
What we’re focused on right now
- Sensor stack iteration — swapping in the new LiDAR and validating the timing pipeline.
- Controller re-tune for higher-speed sections of last year’s track.
- Closing the sim-to-real gap so lap times from simulation track reality within a few percent.
